The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



• Return Policy

Bushel Basket Candle Company reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. In the event of loss or damage of your shipment, please report conditions to the carrier within 24-48 hours of receiving shipment. Shortages should be reported to the company within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you decide that an item does not suit your needs, you may return your package for a complete refund of the purchase price. (We cannot refund shipping charges). Product must be in new condition, not used, and not damaged in any way. Any defective product will be replaced at our expense immediately, in like size, style, fragrance, etc.
